2症例の結果から, LDに対する指導においては, 以下の諸点が重要であり, STはLD児に対してこれらの諸点に留意しながら, 訓練を行っていく必要があることが示唆された.1.2症例の臨床像(問題点)は異なっていた.このことを踏まえて, できるだけ早期にLDの問題点を発見し, それぞれの臨床像(問題点)に応じた訓練を脳が可塑性に富む乳幼児期より長期に渡って継続し, 脳の正常発達を援助することでLDを予防することが重要であった.2.LDで最も問題になる読み書き能力を伸ばすためには, 脳の成熟によって規定される言語獲得学習の階層性に応じた早期訓練が必要であった.3.LDは個人内の学習能力の不均衡, ことばを換えると, 学習で必要とされる知的能力を統括する能力の欠如によって生じると考えられ, LDを予防するためには, 音声言語能力・言語性知能・動作性知能がバランスよく正常に発達していることが重要であった.4.LDに対する親の理解と認識, ならびに訓練に対する親の積極性や主体性の程度が, 訓練効果に大きく影響した.このため, LD児の指導においては, 親の指導を積極的に行うことが必要であった.以上の諸点に留意して早期訓練を行うことが, STの重要な役割といえ, 適切な訓練を行うことでLDは予防できると考えられた. |

We reported clinical outcomes of 2 learning disabled cases. These results suggested the following points to carry out speech therapy for LD child. 1. There were different clinical status in 2 cases. And so, it was important to detect the problems of LD as soon as possible, to carry out speech therapy as long as possible from infantile era, and to prevent child from become LD. 2. To develop the reading and writing ability, it was necessary to carry out speech therapy corresponding with the hierarchy of language acquisition prescribed the matu-rity of brain. 3. LD occured by the unbalance of learning ability of introindividual. To prevent him from become LD, it was important to develop speech ability, verbal IQ and perfomance IQ normally as equal. 4. Parental leadership had a remarkable effect to speech therapy of LD. And so, it was necessary to counsel to parents. The important role of ST is to carry out early speech therapy paying attention to above points. |
