| 妄想は重篤な精神障害の重要な症候の一つと一般に考えられている.しかし妄想は精神療法の対象にならないと考えられがちであった.従って妄想の心因はあまり考えられていない.この小論で, 筆者は人間性心理学の見地から, 妄想の心因のいくつかについて検討する.それらは, 個人的世界, 人間関係, 同一性, 自己実現, 強迫的心性である.その他については紙数の関係で省略する.妄想は精神障害のあらゆる症候のうちで最も人間的なもののひとつであると筆者は思う.ある人の人生は妄想に投影される.そして妄想世界は彼にとってまさに現実そのものである.それゆえ彼は彼の世界の中で戦い, 苦しみ, 傷ついている.こうした考えに基づいて, 筆者は妄想者へのある精神療法的アプローチを創った.この小論ではそれについての手短かな報告もおこなう. | ||||||||

| Delusions are considered generally one of main symptoms of sever mental disorders. But it has been a trend of thinking that delusions are not a object of psychotherapy. Therefore, psychogeneic factors has been not so considered about delusions. In this paper I investigate some of those factors in humanistic psychological points of view. They are individual worlds, personal relations, identities, self actualizations and obsessive compulsive mentalities. I can not refer to another factors because of space limitation. I think delusions are one of the most human phenomena in all symptoms of mental disorders. One's life is projected in his delusions. And the delusional world is whole reality for him. So he fights, suffers, is damaged in his world. Based on above thought, I made a psychotherapeutic approach for patients who had delusions. A brief report about it is cotained in this paper. | ||||||||
