森式チェックリスト改訂版を「9歳の壁」の有無が確認できている9歳以上の聴覚障害児18例に初診時と就学時の2度にわたって適用した.その結果, 以下の知見を得た.1.森式チェックリスト改訂版による予測と「9歳の壁」の有無が実際に一致したのは18例中16例(89%)であった.このことより, 子供の現状(森式チェックリスト改訂版の総得点)から「9歳の壁」を打破できるかどうかを予測するモデル1の構築の可能性が示された.2.初回評価時と就学時でプロファイルに変化が認められた症例は4例(22%)あった.変化の認められた項目は「補聴器装用状態」・「補聴効果」・「動作性知能」・「聴覚障害以外の問題」の4項目であった.このことより, 訓練による聴覚障害児の「症状の変化の程度」から「9歳の壁」を打破できるかどうかを予測するモデル2構築の可能性が示唆された.3.予測と一致しなかった症例が2例あった.原因の究明については今後の研究が必要であった. |

Mori's check-list-revised was administered to 18 hearing handicapped chlidren at the first consultation and the entrance. They were confirmed to have or not to have "the stagnation of development at age of 9" (abb."stagnation"). The major findings were as follows : 1. Sixteen out of 18 cases (89%) were matched between the prediction from Mori's check-list-revised and the actual state at age of 9. This result indicates the possibility of making the model 1 that predicts the "stagnation" from child's state (total score of Mori's check-list-revised). 2. There were 4 cases that showed the change of profile between the first cousultation and the entrance. The changeable items were modes of amplification, problems in hearing aid wearing, performance IQ and complications. These results indicate that the possibility of making the model 2 that predicts the "stagnation" at age of 9 from changing of conditions. 3. There were 2 cases that had the discrepancy between prediction and actual state. It needs further investigation. |
