失語症患者58例に金子書房版読書力検査を用いて, 彼等の読解能力を調査した.これをDemarkらによるRCBAの結果と比較すると, ほぼ類似した課題遂行上の難易性を示し, 失語症患者に金子書房版読書力検査を用いることの妥当性が支持された.読解が成立するためには音声言語能力(AQ)は高い程よく, 加えて読解の過程には一定の階層性があることが明らかとなった.さらに下位項目の成績から失語症患者のつまついていた問題点を検討すると, 音声言語能力が障害された結果生じた音韻分解能力の障害と語の意味理解力の制限(音声言語・文字言語とも)が失語症患者の読解を妨げている基本的な問題点と考えられ, 失語症患者の読解能力の評価にはこれらの能力を評価する項目を必ず加える必要があることが示された. |

This study investigated the reading comprehension ability (RCA) of 58 aphasic patients using the RCA test published by Kanekoshobo. The results showed almost the same difficulty for carrying out the tasks as the results of RCBA by Demark et al. It supported the appropriateness of using the RCA test published by Kanekoshobo for aphasic patients. It was cleared that the RCA required speech ability (AQ) and the process of reading comprehension had a certain hierarchy. From the results of subtests, we considered that the disability of analyzing phonemic structure of words and the limitation of comprehension ability of meaning of words (both in auditory comprehension and reading comprehension) originated from disorder of speech ability and was the basic problem interfering with the reading comprehension of aphasic patients. It showed the necessity of the tasks evaluating these abilities for evaluation of the RCA of aphasic patients. |
