| 1992年の医療法改正によって, 2種類の病院機能が制定された.一つは高機能病院であり, 他の一つは長期療養型病床群である.本論では, この改正によって, 医療ソーシャルワーカーの業務と機能がどのように影響を受けるのか, またこの状況変化に対応するためにどのような新しい技術が求められるのかの検討を試みた. | ||||||||

| By the revision of medical law in 1992,two functional types of hospital were legislated. One is a specified functional hospital and the other is a group of beds for long-term recuperation. In this article, the author is trying to study how the job and function of the medical social worker will be affected by this revision and also what kind of new technique will be requested to cope with this situational change. | ||||||||
