鳥取市内で, マルミノヒトヨタケの2菌株, CK-1株およびCK-II株を採取した.それぞれの野生株から15系統ずつ一核菌糸を単離し, 同一菌株内で総当り交配を行った結果(表1と表2), 本菌が四極性ヘテロタリズムであることが暗示されたが, 形成されたクランプ構造のより詳細な観察を待って最終結論を出すのが適当と考えられる.なお, 本菌の子実体形成に好適な培地条件について種々検討を行った結果, バレイショ抽出液にガラクトースを0.2%, 寒天を6%添加した培地が子実体形成に最も適していることが示された. |

Two wild stocks of Coprinus kimurae, CK-I and CK-II , were collected in Tottori city. Fifteen monokaryons were isolated from each of the wild stocks and were crossed in all possible combinations. The results shown in Tables 1 and 2 suggest that the mating system of this fungus may be tetrapolar heterothalism. Unexpectedly, however, clampconnections observed were all true. More detailed cytological observation should be made before the conclusion. A potato-extracted medium supplemented with 0.2% of galactose and 6% of agar was shown to be most suitable for the formation of fruit-bodies in this fungus. |
