本研究では, 聴覚障害児の言語学習条件整備用森式チェックリスト作成のもととなった11の項目の妥当性について検討した.具体的には, 言語学習に関与するとして列挙した11の条件の1つひとつの項目が, 「9歳の壁」の有無とどのような関連があったかについて4回検定を行った.その結果, 「9歳の壁」の有無と言語学習条件として列挙した11の項目中10の項目間には, それぞれ統計学的に有意な関係があることが確認された.さらに今回の検定結果から, 「9歳の壁」を打破するための2つの予測モデル構築の可能性が示唆された.1つは被験児の現状から9歳の壁を打破できるかどうかを予測するモデル, 他の1つは訓練による被験児の症状の変化から「9歳の壁」を打破できるかどうかを予測するモデルである.今後は第1と第2のモデル構築と各々のデータベースの作成を行う予定である.さらに, 各項目間の重みづけについても検定を行いより精度の高いチェックリストを完成し, 臨床応用化する予定である. |

We investigated the validity of 11 items that were the bases of Mori's check-list for the preparation of conditions concerning speech learning of hearing-haddicapped children. The relationship between each of the original 11 items and "the stagnation of development at age of 9"(abbr. "stagnation") was tested four times. The results indicated that there was a statistically significant relationship between each 10 of 11 items and the "stagnation". Moreover, the possibilities of constructing two prediction models about the "stagnation" were indicated from present results. The first model has the possibility of predicting whether or not a hearing-handicapped child can overcome the "stagnation" at one's present state. The second model has the possibility of predicting whether or not a hearing-handicapped child can overcome the "stagnation" an improved state by speech therapy. From now, we will begin the construction of the first and second model and their database, taking a much longer time for the second one. At this time, we are going to add several items to Mori's check-list as the conditions concerning speech learning and consider the weighted scores to each item. |
