| ファジィ理論の医療への応用が始まりつつある.ファジィ理論の医療への応用の代表的分野としては主として, 医療機器の開発と診断ロジックへの応用が考えられる.医療機器の開発ではファジィ・コントロールの原理を利用するもので麻酔時の血圧制御システム等がある.一方診断ロジックへの応用においては, ファジィ理論を医療診断ロジックに活用しようとするものである.医療で取り扱うデータはファジィ情報を数多く含んでおり診断支援, 治療方針の決定の支援システムとしてファジィ理論の応用が期待できる.本稿ではファジィ理論に基づく医療診断支援システム構築のためパーソナルコンピュータを使用して単独に開発したシステムを紹介する.次にこれを前立腺癌診断に適用し, ファジィ理論を使った診断システムの利点等について考察した. | ||||||||||

| Application of the theory of fuzzy sets to the medical field has just started. Appication of the fuzzy theory is possible to two areas (1)biomedical control systems such as a blood pressure control system in anesthesia and (2) medical diagnostic systems. In this paper we introduced a new computer system for medical diagnosis using a fuzzy interface. We applied this system to the diagnosis of carcinoma using medical information obtained by ultrasonography and obtained good diagnostic results for prostatic cancer. | ||||||||||
