| ある肢体不自由児の肥満指導に行動変容技術が用いられた.しかし, その子どもの体重には, 変化がほとんどみられなかった.そこで, 小稿の目的はその訓練の失敗要因をあげ, それらについて検討することである.訓練では, 子どもに高カロリーの食事を取らせないようにすること, 間食を控えさせること, トレーニング(自転車こぎ, ボートこぎ, 体操など)を実施させて運動量を増やすことが目標とされた.そして, 子どもにこれらの行動を形成させた結果, 減量が起こるのではないかと考えられた.ところが, このような試みに関わらず, 最終的に子どもの体重に大きな変化が見られなかった.この事例から, 訓練の失敗要因として, 強力な強化子が子どもに訓練参加への報酬として与えられなかったこと, 訓練プログラムの不十分さ, 子どもの訓練に対する動機づけの弱さなどがあげられた.今後は, このような失敗要因を踏まえたうえで, 肢体不自由児を含めた障害者の肥満指導が行なわれるべきであると思われる. | ||||||||

| This study was made to analyze the reasons of failing in a diet program for an obese physically disabled child. The child was asked to refrain from high caloried food and not eat anything between the meals as well as to do physical exercise such as cycling, boat rowing and gymnastics. But this treatment did not show any results. It was thought that the reason for failing in this program was due to a weak reinforcer to the child. Because of no improvement in losing weight, the child lost the motivation to continue the training. In the future, a much stronger reinforcement for this obese child is needed to get better results. | ||||||||
