| 研究の目的は, 主として自閉症を対象とする心身障害幼児通園施設旭川荘バンビの家における利用についての実態と通園療育の効果について報告を行い, 自閉症児の統合的療育のモデルについて検討することである.昭和54年から平成4年までのバンビの家在籍者215人について通所の実態と問題の改善について調査した結果, 1)通所開始年齢の低年齢化と利用年数の長期化, 2)利用者が有する問題の重複化と重度化が認められ, 3)問題の改善については精神遅滞と対人相互作用の改善が80%以上と高いが, 多動は約50%, 固執習癖に関しては10%に満たなかった.固執習癖の問題は, 年齢とともに形や対象を変えながら消失することなく持続する傾向が認められた.言語障害については表出言語面で改善を認めたものは91.0%であった.自閉症児は, いくつもの異なった領域で特別な問題を重複して抱えており, 統合的療育をすすめる上で, 彼らのライフステージに即した, 自閉性障害についての正しい理解と知識に基づく実践, 縦断的なケーススタディによる検証の必要性があげられる. | ||||||||||

| The purpose of this study is to investigate integrated treatment and its results in autistic children at "Bambi no Ie", a daycare center for autistic children at Asahigawa-so. From 1979 to 1992,215 children got treatment at Bambi no Ie and an investigation showed us results as follows : 1) The age of the children at the start of treatment decreased, but the period of training increased, 2) The handicap itself became more profound and the number of children with multiple handicaps increased, 3) Improvement of the mental handicap as well as personal relationships could be registed in more than 80% of the children treated, but in the area of hyperactivity only about 50% of the children improved and for obsession the improvement was in less than 10% of the children. The way and also the object of obsession changed by growing older but didn't disappear. Improvement in verbal expression could be registered in 90% of the children treated at our center. To make progress in integrated treatment for autistic children, it is necessary to have right knowledge of the handicap and to build up and execute an adequate treatment program. | ||||||||||
