| 効果的な対人援助関係は,迅速で創造的でかつ問題解決的な活動でなければならないし,それは援助者と被援助者の関与を要求する。それ故,両者間でのコミニュケーションは対人援助関係において重要な因子となる。最近,援助者と被援助者間の良き関係作りを促進する新しいコミニュケーションの技術が示された。それは自己開陳である。本稿では,自己開陳の効果について,特にその一部であるユーモアとあそび心の有効性について検討する。 | ||||||||

| An effective helping relationship is an immediate, creative, problem-solving activity which needs the participation of the helper and the helped. Therefore, communication between the two is a very important factor of a helping relationship. Recently, a new technique of communication to facilitate good relationship between the helper and helped was indicated. That is the communication of self-disclosing. In this article, the effectiveness of self-disclosing, especially about humor and playfulness which is a part of self-disclosing, is investigated. | ||||||||
