| 福祉関係8法の改正により,市町村で地域福祉を中心に社会福祉が展開されることとなった。一方,地域福祉推進の中心的役割を担う社会福祉協議会でも,これらに対応するため新社会福祉協議会基本要項が策定された。ここでは,この新基本要項に焦点をあてながら,地域福祉推進にあたっての市町村社協の今後のあり方や課題について考察した。 | ||||||||

| Social Welfare will be promoting community welfare at the local government level by the amendment of eight welfare-related laws. At the same time the Social Welfare Council, which has responsibility to promote central roles for community welfare, has regulated a New Code of the Social Welfare Council. In this article the author discusses the future direction and issues of the local community welfare council concerning community social services. | ||||||||
