| 小稿の目的は,文献を通してドイツのインテグレーションの全体的動向とその実践的取り組みについて分析することにある。ドイツのインテグレーションの全体的傾向は,障害児の教育を養護学校や障害児学級のなかで保障をしながら,同時に普通学校の健常児との統合を体育やカーニバルなどの行事を通して,部分的に進めて行こうとする傾向にあった。また,インテグレーションの実践が幼稚園,養護学校での場で行なわれ,障害児の心理的行動が改善された,あるいは健常児の障害児に対する偏見のイメージが変わったと報告されている。しかし,その報告の内容は,逸話的傾向が強く,科学的な調査方法で実施されていないため,統合の実践の効果を一般化することができないと考えられる。今後,養護学校と普通学校の部分的に統合を進めることから,障害児を普通学校や普通学級なかへの統合を目指しながら,かつ,統合の実践のなかで,その効果を科学的に検証して行くことが,今後のドイツのインテグレーションの課題となるであろう。 | ||||||||

| The purpose of this study utilizing literature for German integration. is to analyse the trend of integration of handicapped children and normal children in Germany, It showed that most handicapped children are enough educated in special school, and they are also partially integrated with the normal children through gymnastics or carnival, etc. But handicapped children are not perfectly integrated in normal school. It also indicated that the practice of integration in Germany is successful in the improvement of the behavior of handicapped children, for example, in verbal communication, modelling behavior, etc. But the effect of integration is not surveyed through a scientific approach. It is necessary in the future that handicapped children be perfectly integrated in normal school and the effect of integration be surveyed through a scientific approach. | ||||||||
