|
母子保健行政の発展・充実にともなって,乳幼児検診は発達障害児を早期に発見するスクリーニングシステムとしての機能を果たしている。しかし,その後のフォローアップには地域差など多くの課題が残されている。一方,社会福祉関係8法の改正により,市町村の役割重視や在宅福祉の充実などが緊急かつ重要な課題として位置付けられることとなった。本研究では,旭川児童院が岡山県内の市町村で実施している地域療育事業を通して,小規模自治体における心身障害幼児の望ましい地域療育システムのあり方について検討する。 |

With the development and enrichment of mother and child public health administration, the screening system to discover developmental disabled infants and toddlers is at quite high level. But, among the municipalities, great differences of quality and quantity of follow-up services as well as other problems are still to be solved. Through a recent revision of " Social Welfare Law 8" , the role and responsibility of the municipalities about regional care as well as home-care is becoming very important and asks for anurgent realization. The Asahigawa Jidoin, through its services for some of the municipalities in Okayama Prefecture, made this study to find the best way for the small municipalities to realize a good regional care system for children with developmental disabilities. |
