| ノーマリゼーションという近代福祉サービス論の目標を外的環境整備とすれば,それら福祉サービスがサービスを受ける側の内的な人間的要請としての主体性の確保を包含するとき,それを「内なる環境としての福祉」として論ずる。同時に医療福祉は生命科学を母体とする医療に基づくものであるので,人間の特質としての価値評価やアナロジー能力と主体的活動の関係を神経(脳)生理学で基礎づける。 | ||||||||

| The recent prospect of " normalization" gives a renewal-drive in medical and social welfare services. " Normalization" underlines the elaboration of external environment of daily care for the handicapped in the institutional accommodation. Instead, the author will add to it the prospect of " internalization" of such cares and services by introducing the methodology of the induction of " personality consciousness" in the service-recipients. Personality consciousness will be well-founded and understood in terms of the recent progress of neurobiology, especially in the research of brain functions. | ||||||||
