| 過去約30年にわたり,共同研究者と共に行ってきたアルコールに関する研究成果の概略を述べる。アルコール研究の足跡(1962年以来現在に至る経過)アルコールの測定法(気化平衡GC法の開発)生体のアルコールに関する研究1) 飲酒後の体液アルコール濃度の比較と影響する諸条件 2) 血中アルコール濃度から飲酒量の推定 3) アルコールの吸収,代謝,排泄と遺伝形質 4) 悪酔,宿酔とその原因 5) アルコールと薬毒物の併用 6) 交通医学的研究(飲酒時の運転能力,飲酒運転取り締まりにおけるアルコール測定法) 7) その他の研究(飲酒の効用,市販のドリンク類のアルコール含有)死体のアルコールに関する研究1) 法医学の鑑定実務における諸問題 2) 検屍と解剖における試料の選択と採取 3) 以前の時点における血中濃度の推定法 4) アルコール類の死後産生と飲酒との鑑別 5) 胃内アルコールの拡散による周囲体液への影響 6) 死因とアルコール濃度の関係 7) 受傷時や死亡時の酩酊度の推定 | ||||||||

| In this paper, the brief outline of our studies on alcohol which have been carried out for about 30 years is described. The items are as follows : the course of our alcohol research, determination of alcohol, alcohol in living bodies : 1) alcohol concentrations in bodily fluids after drinking 2) presumption of the amount of drinking from blood alcohol concentration 3) resorption, metabolism and excretion of alcohol 4) drunken sickness and hangover 5) interaction between alcohol and drugs 6) alcohol problems in traffic medicine 7) the others alcohol in dead bodies : 1) general remarks 2) collection of samples and alcohol determination 3) blood alcohol concentration at the point of past time 4) post-mortem alcohol formation 5) alcohol diffusion from stomach 6) causes of death and alcohol concentrations 7) grade of drunkenness at the time of injury or death | ||||||||
