|
生活習慣が健康に係わることは知られていることである.文部省は指導要領に生活習慣と健康の関係について指導するように定めた.本研究は大都市の定時制高校生の生活習慣と健康意識を調べ, 健康教育について考察する.生活習慣(食事・睡眠・運動)は健康意識と係わりがある.そして, 生活の満足感などと健康意識にも関係がある.生徒の47.2%は自分が健康であると思っている.14.4%は不健康, 38.4%は異常はないが健康とはいえないと思っている. |

We know the influence of life habits on health. The Department of Education decided to guide students concerning the relationship between life habits and health. The purpose of this study was to research life habits and health-consciousness, and to consider the health- education in the evening courses of high schools in Tokyo. Life habits (meals, sleep, and exercise) were closely related with health consciousness. And they were similarly related with feelings of satisfaction and fullness of living. We found that the samples studied believed themselves to be as follows : healthy-47.2 percent, in bad health-14.4 percent, and unhealthy but nothing particulaly wrong -38.4 percent. |
