| 高齢化社会, 高齢者問題に対する市民意識の変化を明らかにするため, 1985年と1990年に実施した総合調査のうち20歳以上の成人1,775人(1985年), 1,575人(1990年), 計3,350人の回答を分析した.主な項目として高齢者とのふれあい・交流の希望, 高齢期の個人的契機, 同居・別居問題, 「高齢化社会」の問題への関心などについて, 5年間の変化を検討した.社会心理学の主要研究領域である社会的態度の変容の問題として考察がなされた.全体的にいえば, 高齢者とのふれあいは, 積極的な方向に増大し, 老後の認知と受容は身体の自由がきく限り先にのばす傾向が認められる.別居志向が進み, 施設入所の受容も約5割の市民が肯定する水準に達する.「高齢化社会」への関心は, 5年前の77.3%から83.5%へと高まっており, 中でも「福祉」については44.9%, 「健康」については28.7%が最も関心のあるものとして肯定し, これらだけで約7割を占めた.「経済」は, 18.5%で, 3年前の24.1%より減少しており, 真の豊かさに向けて市民の主要な関心が変化しつつあると解せられた. | ||||||||

| "Twenty-nine items of a questionnaire which contained the problems of ""elderly society"" or elderly persons were analyzed. The responses of 1,775 adults to the survey in 1990 were compared with the responses of 1,575 adults in 1985 to find the changes in citizen's social attitude. Intimate relationships with elderly persons positively increased from 25.4% to 30.2% , and concerns or interests towards ""elderly society"" also increased from 77.3 to 83.5%. Several topics of elderly persons and social attitude were discussed." | ||||||||
