| 福祉関係8法の改正により, 市町村を中心に福祉が再編され, 一元的・総合的かつ計画的に展開されることとなった.ここでは, 地域福祉の観点から, この10年間の公的福祉と民間福祉の動向をみながら, これから市町村で策定される老人保健福祉計画における民間福祉の役割や課題について考察した. | ||||||||

| By the revision of eight welfare-related laws, the welfare system in Japan was reorganised. In this change local governments of cities, towns and villages have responsibility to promote welfare schemes totally, comprehensively and intentionally. In this article the author analyses the relationship between the statutory and voluntary welfare of the past ten years from the point of community welfare. After this analysis the author discusses both roles and issues of voluntary welfare topics in the Health and Welfare Plan for the Aged which have become duties of all local governments. | ||||||||
