| 本稿は, 我が国における医療ソーシャルワーカーの業務と専門教育の変遷に関する第2報である.第1報と同様に, 公的文書を用い, 経時的に検討を行った.対象期間は昭和40年から平成元年までとした。結果1.医療ソーシャルワーカーに要求される専門教育は, 法的にも, 社会的にも大学レベルのものとして認められるようになった.2.しかし, 医療ソーシャルワーカーに対しての医学的な専門教育の内容に関しては, いまだに一致を見ない.3.医療ソーシャルワーカーの専門業務は, ケースワークから, ケースワーク, グループワーク, コミュニティーワーク(コミュニティーオーガニゼーション), リサーチ, ソーシャルワークアドミニストレーションに拡大した.加えて, 医療ソーシャルワーカー業務指針(1989)では, 医療ソーシャルワーカーは, 地域保健医療福祉システムの計画づくりの参画をも求められている.4.1974年以降, 医療ソーシャワーカーは, 法的資格を欠くまま, 日本における健康保険制度の中での位置付けを得た.これは医療の場におけるワーカーの機能の重要性が, 病院管理者から受け入れられたことを意味している. | ||||||||

| This is the second report about the changing task and professional education of the medical social worker in Japan. Just as the first report, the official documents were used in a retrospective investgation. An objective period was chosen from 1965 to 1989. Results : 1. Legally and socially professional education required the medical social worker has to be recognized as university level. 2. The content of professional education about medicine for the medical social worker is not agreed upon yet. 3. The professional business for the medical social worker is expanded from simple casework to casework, groupwork, community work (community organization) , research, and social work administration. BY the report of the professional task group on the medical worker (1989), commitment to the planning of community health medical welfare system is additionally required for the medical social worker. 4. After 1974,the medical social worker achieved the position in the health assurance system in Japan without a certified qualification. It means that the importance of the medical social worker's function in the medical setting is accepted by hospital administrators. | ||||||||
