| 福祉関係3審議会は「今後の社会福祉のあり方について」の中で, 強調する6項目の1つに「福祉と保健・医療の連携強化・総合化」をあげている.しかし, わが国では, 福祉と保健・医療の連携強化は遅々として進展していないのが現状である.ここでは, すでに福祉と保健・医療の連携が一定前進している龍野市社会福祉協議会(兵庫県)の活動を考察し, 4つのネットワーク・レベル(関係機関・団体, 関係機関・団体のワーカー, 小地域, 個別ケア)に分けて分析を試みた.この事例は他地域の一つの参考になると思うが, 同時に各領域, 分野間における連携をめぐる諸課題も提示している.これらについても分析を試みた. | ||||||||

| Three Comittees on Social Welfare emphasized collaboration and linkage between welfare, health and medicine as one of fundamental ideas. However collaborations and linkage between these sectors is very slow in Japan. In this article I took up Social Welfare Council of Tatsuno city, in Hyogo Prefecture which was very active in this collaborative programmes. Tatsuno Social Welfare Council has four levels of network between three sectors. The first is the network between agencies and institutions, the second is the network between workers of each sector, the third is the network withim one neighbourhood or patch, the fourth is the network for personal care. Tatsuno is very successful in proposing services by statutory and voluntary sectors which have a close mutual linkage. Thus projects at Tatsuno is good example for other Social Welfare Councils. At the same time the case of Tatsuno City showed several difficulties in the collaboration of interdisiplinary professionals and in linkage between different sections. I analysed these difficulties in this article. | ||||||||
