group(以下B group)8名,朝食を週5日以上欠食するSkipping group(以下S group)12名とした.B groupは,測定の3時間前までに朝食を摂取し,S groupは,朝食を欠食した.昼食内容は指定した.測定項目は,舌下温,心拍数および心臓副交感神経活動とした.舌下温は,昼食前,昼食摂取1時間後,2時間後,3時間後,4時間後に測定を行った.心拍数および心臓自律神経活動は,昼食前,昼食摂取直後,20分後,40分後,1時間後,2時間後,3時間後,4時間後に測定を行った.昼食後の舌下温,心拍数及び心臓自律神経活動の変化は,朝食摂取習慣者と朝食欠食習慣者の間に有意な差はなかった.昼食後に舌下温が低下した朝食欠食習慣者の割合は,朝食摂取習慣者と比較し高い傾向にあった.B groupの心拍数は,昼食前と比較し昼食後に有意に増加した(p<0.05).一方,S groupの心拍数は,昼食後に有意な増加がみられなかった.B group,S groupともに昼食後の心拍数の変化量と心臓副交感神経活動の変化量に負の相関がみられた(B group:r=0.451,p<0.05 and S group:r=0.625,p<0.05).このことから,両群の食後の心拍数増加は,副交感神経活動の抑制の影響を受けた可能性が考えられた.朝食欠食習慣者の昼食後の心臓副交感神経活動の抑制は,昼食後60分間持続した.朝食欠食習慣は,昼食後の心臓副交感神経活動の抑制を持続させる可能性が考えられた."}]},"item_1_textarea_12":{"attribute_name":"抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_textarea_language":"en","subitem_textarea_value":"The purpose of this study was to compare the changes in oral temperature, heart rate and the cardiac parasympathetic nervous system (HF) between eating breakfast (B group) and skipping breakfast (S group) subjects after lunch. The oral temperature was measured before, and one, two, three and four hours after lunch. Heart rate and HF were measured before and immediately, twenty, forty, sixty, one hundred and twenty, and two hundred and forty minutes after lunch. The oral temperature of some subjects in both groups decreased after lunch. The ratio of subjects whose oral temperature decreased after lunch in the S group was larger than that of the B group. The heart rate of the B group increased (p<0.05), although the heart rate of the S group didn' t increase significantly after lunch. There was a correlation between changes in heart rate and lnHF in both groups (B group : r=0.451, p<0.05 and S group : r=0.625, p<0.05, respectively). Inhibition of lnHF continued for one hour after lunch in the S group.
