| 本研究の目的は，全ての領域別看護学臨地実習（以下，領域実習）を終了した学生を対象に，学生が認識した臨地実習で印象に残った経験を生かして他領域実習で新たに実践したことについてグループインタビューから明らかにすることである．対象は3年後期と4年前期に領域実習を履修した学生40名のうち，2023年7月に全領域実習を終了した研究協力が得られた8名である．その結果，8名の学生は14事例を語った．全領域実習を通して①看護の知識，技術，考え方を身につける上で印象に残った経験が8事例，②領域実習での経験を他領域実習の新たな状況での実践した経験が6事例であった．領域実習での経験を他領域実習の新たな状況での実践した6事例は，【個別性の尊重】【看護実践のエビデンス】の2つに分類された．6事例のテーマは，【個別性の尊重】について［終末期患者に対する看護］［患者の強みを生かした看護］［患者に寄り添う看護］，【看護実践のエビデンス】について［根拠に基づいた看護実践］［コミュニケーションによる看護実践］［病態の理解］であった．学生は，自己の経験を振り返り看護場面の疑問や気になることを再考し，看護師や教員の質問，アドバイスからさらに学習をすすめることで患者が望んでいることを受け取り叶えることや，患者が好きなことを活かして関わることなどを学生自らが教訓として，他領域実習の新たな状況で実践していた． | ||||||||||

| The purpose of this study was to clarify, through group interviews with students who had completed all of their field nursing practical training, what they had newly practiced in other fields of practice based on the memorable experiences they perceived in their field practice. The subjects were 8 students out of 40 students who had completed field practice in the second half of their third year and the first half of their fourth year, and who cooperated in the research. As a result, eight students talked about 14 cases. The six cases were classified into two categories:“Respect for Individuality”and“Evidence of Nursing Practice. The themes of the six cases were, for [Respect for Individuality]; [Nursing care for terminally ill patients], [Nursing care utilizing patients’strengths] and [Nursing care that is close to patients], and for [Evidence of Nursing Practice]; [Evidence-based nursing practice], [Nursing practice through communication] and [Understanding pathological conditions]. The students reconsidered questions and concerns in nursing situations by reflecting on their own experiences, and by further learning from the questions and advice of the nurses and teachers, they were able to receive and fulfill what the patients wanted and to make the most of what they liked about the patients, which they were able to practice in new situations in other fields of practice.
