| 本研究の目的は，A 病院において進行期非小細胞肺がんと診断を受け，初回がん薬物療法を受けた患者の治療満足度の実態を捉え，治療効果，QOL と併せて患者報告の価値を検討することであった．2021年6月～2023年3月の間に A 病院で診断を受け，がん薬物療法を受ける患者を前向きに調査した．24名のうち22名が調査対象となり，10名が4回の初回がん薬物療法を完遂した．治療満足度には，Cancer Therapy Satisfaction Questionnaire の Satisfaction with therapy（SWT）のドメイン7項目を用いた．10名の SWT 得点は，中央値69.6［第1四分位数－第3四分位数64.3－81.3］であった． SWT 得点が92.9点と最も高かった者は，効果判定では進行しており，42.9点で最も低かった者は，部分奏功であった．QOL の低下・改善と SWT 得点には一定の傾向を認めなかった．項目別にみると， 50点未満の者が2名いた項目は［治療の利益］［副作用］であった．［治療の利益］に対する回答は，治療前の期待によって異なると考えられ，患者の期待を把握しておくことの必要性を示唆する結果であった．今回の薬剤投与方法を［再選択］するかの項目は，10名全員が75点以上であり，進行期非小細胞肺がん患者の治療継続への切実な思いがうかがえた．治療満足度は QOL や治療効果と異なる側面を持ち，価値ある情報と考えられた． | ||||||||||

| The purpose of this study was to investigate the treatment satisfaction of patients with advanced-stage non- small cell lung cancer undergoing initial chemotherapy at Hospital A, and to examine the value of patient reports along with treatment efficacy and quality of life (QOL). Of the 22 retained patients from the surveyed 24 who were diagnosed and received chemotherapy during June 2021–March 2023 at Hospital A, only 10 completed the four initial pharmacotherapy sessions. Assessing their treatment satisfaction using the Cancer Therapy Satisfaction Questionnaire’s Satisfaction with Therapy (SWT) seven-item subscale revealed a median SWT score of 69.6［First Quartile-Third Quartile 64.3-81.3］. The highest and lowest scores of 92.9 and 42.9 indicated efficacy assessment improvement and a partial response, respectively. Two patients scored below 50 on“benefit of treatment”and “side effects”. The“benefit of treatment”responses varied by pre-treatment expectations, suggesting the need to understand patients’expectations. All 10 patients scored 75 or higher on whether they would“re-select” this treatment method, exhibiting an earnest desire to continue treatment. Finally, patients considered treatment satisfaction to be valuable information, possessing different aspects from QOL and treatment efficacy. | ||||||||||
