| 岡山県内の外国人児童数の増加に伴い，日本語指導を必要とする児童も増加している．一方で，小学校の受け入れ体制が十分とは言えない．指導体制の構築のためにも，現在小学校でどのような日本語指導や学習支援が行われているかを明らかにすることが求められている．そこで，国語科の授業に着目し，小学校における日本語指導および学習支援の実態を調べるために倉敷市内の小学校にアンケート調査を実施した．その結果，調査を行った倉敷市内の小学校では学校に1名，あるいは各学年に1～2名在籍しており，指導や支援の形態は小学校によって異なることがわかった．国語科における日本語指導・学習支援の困難点を指導ごとで分析したところ，取り出し指導では指導回数の少なさや指導内容の選定などに困難を感じ，入り込み指導では授業の進行を妨げずに行わねばならないという指導自体の難しさを感じていることが示された．担任などが配慮する場合は，扱う内容や活動上の難しさが示された．これらの問題点をふまえ，日本語教育の専門的な知識や技能を持つ人材を中心に，学級担任や教科担当などと共同で学内における指導体制を検討していく必要があると考える． | ||||||||

| With the increase in the number of foreign students in Okayama Prefecture, the number of students requiring Japanese language instruction has also risen. However, elementary schools lack sufficient support systems. To establish an effective instructional framework, it is essential to understand the current state of Japanese language instruction and learning support. Focusing on Japanese language classes, a survey was conducted in Kurashiki City elementary schools to investigate the actual support provided. The results showed that in the schools surveyed, there was either one student per school or one to two students per grade who required Japanese language instruction. Analysis of the challenges in Japanese language instruction revealed issues such as limited instructional frequency and difficulty selecting appropriate content in pull-out instruction, while push-in instruction posed challenges in effective teaching. Homeroom teachers also faced difficulties in selecting content and designing activities. Based on these findings, it is necessary to build an instructional system within schools through collaboration between classroom teachers, subject teachers, and personnel with specialized knowledge and skills in Japanese language education. | ||||||||
