| 本研究は，実地指導者が新人看護師の指導を通して成長していくプロセスを明らかにすることを目的とした．実地指導者の経験が2回以上の看護師10名に半構成的面接を行い，修正版グラウンデッド・セオリー・アプローチの手法を用いて分析した．結果，実地指導者が新人看護師の指導を通して成長していくプロセスは，【気になりすぎて構いすぎる】【できなくても広い心で見守る】【手応えを頼りに一緒にやっていく】の3つのフェーズがあり，【気になりすぎて構いすぎる】から【できなくても広い心で見守る】に進む間には【私の態度を変えなくちゃ】という体験があった．すべてのプロセスにおいて『支援者のことばに思考が刺激される』ことで困難を乗り越え成長のプロセスとして進んでいた．実地指導者の成長には，困難を成長の機会にする支援，内省する環境づくりと相互作用を促す支援が重要と考える． | ||||||||||

| This study examines the growth process of supervisors as they teach new nurses. Semi-constructive interviews were conducted with 10 nurses who have at least two instances of one-year supervisory experience. The process of the growth of supervisors through teaching new nurses was divided into three phases:“I care too much about them,”“I watch them with an open mind even if they cannot do it,”and“I work with them by relying on their responses. I had to change my attitude.”Throughout these processes, difficulties were overcome, and growth progressed as a process of“stimulated thinking”through the words of supporters. We believe that support that converts challenges into opportunities for growth, creates an environment for reflection, and encourages interaction is important for the development of field supervisors. | ||||||||||
