本研究の目的は，A 市とB 市の児童館を利用している保護者（480人）の利用者評価に関する質問紙調査から，子育て状況（子育て不安や子ども虐待など）や児童館利用状況（利用頻度，児童館整備，相談支援など）と利用者評価の関連を検討することによって，利用者評価に与える要因について明らかにすることである．2022年9月～10月に郵送法による質問紙調査を実施した．その結果，困難感の高い人は，子どもをたたくことや子どもを怒鳴ることが多いこと，児童館の満足度の高い人は孤立感やストレスが低いことがわかった．児童館設備が良いと思っており，児童館職員に相談をし，児童館をよく利用する人は，満足度や利用者評価が高いことが明らかになった．困難感はB 市の方がA 市より高く，児童館の利用頻度や利用者評価数はA 市の方がB 市よりも高いなど，地域差があった．したがって，今後，地域の特性を踏まえ，児童館の整備と相談支援などのソーシャルワークの充実を図っていく必要がある． |

The purpose of this study is to clarify the factors that influence user evaluations by examining the relationship between parenting conditions (parenting anxiety and child abuse) and children’s center usage conditions (frequency of use, children’s center facilities, consultation support) and user evaluations through a questionnaire survey of parents (480 people) who use children’s centers in City A and City B. A questionnaire survey was conducted by mail from September to October 2022. As a result, it was found that parents who felt a high level of difficulty often hit or yell at their children, and parents who were highly satisfied with children’s centers had a low sense of isolation and stress. It was revealed that parents who thought the children’s center facilities were good, consulted with children’s center staff, and frequently used children’s centers had high satisfaction and user evaluations. There were regional differences, such as the sense of difficulty was higher in City B than in City A, and the frequency of use and evaluation were higher in City A than in City B. Therefore, in the future, it will be necessary to improve children’s centers and enhance social work services such as consultation support based on the characteristics of each region. |
