本研究の目的は，スマートフォン用に筆者らが開発した感覚特性サポートアプリケーション「YOUSAY」を23歳のASD 本人とその母親に活用してもらい，今後の改善に役立てることである．結果，アプリのアイコンや色は好印象を抱いていた．一方，痛みや苦痛のマークがわかりにくい等，表記がわかりにくく，改善が必要である点も具体的に回答が得られた．カレンダー機能は，記入日にマークを付していたが，色で変化させ記録日がより分かりやすくする提案があった．わたしのことの機能は，緊急連絡先，かかりつけ医，アレルギー，服用している薬，予防接種履歴以外に，障害の内容，苦手なこと，困る場面，落ち着く場所や物，得意なこと等の自分の特性に関連した項目を追加したいことが述べられ，母親からは病院受診で聞かれる内容を意識して順番や項目を揃えるとの回答が得られた．アプリに対する思いとして，本人からは周囲に苦痛を伝えることが困難な内容について，言いたいことを伝えやすくするためのアプリであることが嬉しかった，母親からは，誰もが日常的に入力ができ，どの年齢からも使いやすく体調の顔マークとエピソードが連動した記録ができることが好評価であった．今後，開発アプリの試用事例数を増やし，地域で暮らす感覚特性を有する本人と家族にとって，関係専門職や支援者と継続的な連携を容易にする具体例の必要性が示唆された． |

The aim of this study is to analyze the comments and reactions on the uses of“ YOUSAY”, the support application (app) for sensory characteristics which we have developed recently for smartphone use and to take advantage of the results for further improvements. In this study, we had a 23-year-old with ASD and his mother use the smartphone app “YOUSAY”, -As a result, the app’s icon and colors got a positive impression. On the other hand, we received specific opinions regarding the need for improvements, such as the ambiguity of the markings for pain and distress. Also, there was a proposal on the calendar function to change the color to make the recording date easier to understand. In addition, there were many requests to add more functions such as [my emergency contact information], [family doctor], [allergies], [medication information], [vaccination history], and so forth. Needless to mention, many comments were given to us concerning the usefulness of the app. It is suggested that in the future, the number of trial cases of the developed app be increased and that specific examples will be needed to facilitate collaboration with professionals and supporters for individuals with ASD and their families living in the community. |
