| 本研究の目的は，従来の学校安全の中核を担ってきた養護教諭の危機管理への位置づけの実態と課題を明らかにすることである．2022年5-6月，A 県の高等学校の養護教諭121人に対して質問紙調査を実施した（回収率46.2％）．その結果，学校危機管理における養護教諭に対する役割期待は，「強く感じる・感じる」群が46人（82.1％），「あまり感じない・感じない」群が10人（17.9％）であった．勤務校の学校危機管理マニュアルに関しては，「作成に関わったことが有る」が15人（26.8％），「養護教諭の役割が明記されている」が37人（66.1％），「学校保健の危機管理に関する項目が含まれている」が32人（57.1％）であった．マニュアルに学校保健の危機管理項目を含めるべきかについては，「強く思う・思う」が43人（76.8％）おり，その理由として「保健分野の危機管理を全教職員で認識して迅速に対応する」，「感染症を災害級の学校危機として捉えなおす」必要性が抽出された．学校危機管理における養護教諭の位置づけを明確にするためには，学校保健上の危機を「健康危機」として概念化し，共有される必要があると考える． | ||||||||

| The purpose of this study was to clarify the current status and challenges of the role of YOGO teachers in crisis management, who have traditionally played a central role in school safety. In May-June 2022, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 121 high school YOGO teachers in Prefecture A (response rate 46.2%). As a result, regarding their role expectations for YOGO teachers in school crisis management, 46 people (82.1%) answered they felt “strongly” about it, and 10 people (17.9%) answered they felt“ not so strongly” about it. Regarding the school crisis management manual at the school where they work, 15 people (26.8%) answered they had been involved in creating it, 37 people (66.1%) answered it clearly specified the role of YOGO teachers, and 32 people (57.1%) answered that it includes items related to school health crisis management. Regarding the question of whether school health crisis management items should be included in the manual, 43 people (76.8%) answered they “strongly agree/agree”, and the reason for this was“ all teachers should be aware of crisis management in the health field and respond quickly” and the need to“ reconsider infectious diseases as a disaster-level school crisis.” In order to clarify the role of YOGO teachers in school crisis management, we believe that school health crises need to be conceptualized and shared as “health crises.” | ||||||||
