本研究の目的は，再発造血器がん患者が様々な困難を体験しても立ち直る力として発揮するレジリエンスの内容を明らかにし，患者の立ち直る力を高め自分らしく生きていくことを支援する看護の示唆を得ることである．再発造血器がん患者6名を対象に半構造化面接を実施し，得られたデータをベレルソンの内容分析の手法を参考に分析を行った．再発造血器がん患者のレジリエンスは【再発という状態に抗わない力】【再発の衝撃に備える力】【同病者からの支援を力にする】【長期的に有害事象に対処する力】【家族の存在を力にする】【再発や治療に立ち向かう力】【再発した自分を納得させる力】【医療従事者の存在を力にする】【生きるための希望や目標を力にする】【過去の自分や家族の苦痛な体験を力にする】の10カテゴリーに分類された．再発造血器がん患者のレジリエンスは，がんの再発と終わりの見えない再発治療を長期的に継続するため，希望や目標をもち，困難から立ち直る力を高めていたことが明らかとなった．再発造血器がん患者のレジリエンスを高める看護として，再発や治療によって生じる心的エネルギーの消耗を抑え，治療による有害事象をコントロールしながら普段通りの生活を保ち，希望や目標を支える支援が必要である． |

The study aimed to ascertain the resilience exhibited by patients facing recurrent hematopoietic cancer. Semistructured interviews were conducted with six patients diagnosed with this type of cancer, and Berelson’s content analysis was employed for analyzing data. The resilience demonstrated by patients dealing with relapsed hematopoietic cancer were characterized as follows: [the ability to accept the reality of relapse], [the ability to anticipate the repercussions of relapse], [the ability to receive support from other patients diagnosed with the same type of cancer], [the ability to cope with long-term adverse events], [the ability to cope with the presence of family members amidst the illness], [the ability to confront relapse and its associated treatment], [the ability to practice selfassurance in ac-knowledging the occurrence of relapse], [the ability to effectively engage with healthcare professionals], [empowering hope and aspirations for the future] and [drawing strength from past personal and familial hardships]. This resilience empowers patients to maintain a sense of hope and purpose, enabling them to navigate the challenges of long-term cancer treatment despite the uncertainty of recurrence. |
