本研究の目的は，障害のある当事者の「障害受容」や「障害認識」，「障害に対する意味づけ」に関する先行研究を概観し，障害種別にまとめを試み，事故や病気で後天性の障害を負い肢体不自由となった方や先天性脳性麻痺者が人生の中で自己の障害をどのように意味づけてきたのかを明らかにすることとであった．「障害 当事者 障害受容」の検索キーワードでJ-STAGE を用いて論文検索を行った結果，43件の論文が抽出された．2000年以降に障害のある当事者の障害受容に関する研究は多様な障害種に広がり，総数も大きな増加が見られた．また，事故や病気で後天性の障害を負い肢体不自由となった方の障害受容に関する論文と比べて，先天性の肢体不自由者の論文は少ないことが分かった．更に，後天性の肢体不自由者の障害受容は，Cohn や上田などの従来の障害受容論が適応できる結果となったが，先天性の脳性麻痺者では，障害を常態視しているなど，従来の障害受容論では説明のつかない，独自の障害受容過程があると示唆された． |

The purpose of this study was twofold: first, to review previous studies on“ disability acceptance” and“ disability perception” among persons with disabilities and to summarize them by disability type; second, to clarify how“ persons with acquired disabilities due to accidents or illnesses that resulted in physical disabilities” and“ congenital cerebral palsy” have accepted their own disabilities during their lives. A search of J-STAGE using the keywords “parties with disabilities”, “acceptance of disabilities”, resulted in the extraction of 43 articles. Since 2000, research on disability acceptance among persons with disabilities has spread to a variety of disability types, and the total number of articles has increased significantly. We also found that the number of papers on disability acceptance by persons with congenital disabilities was smaller than that of papers on disability acceptance by persons with acquired disabilities due to accidents or illnesses that resulted in limb disabilities. Furthermore, the results of disability acceptance in the acquired limb disabled persons showed that the conventional disability acceptance theory of Cohn, Ueda, and others could be applied, but the congenital cerebral palsy persons regarded their disability as normal. In other words, the results suggest that congenital cerebral palsy patients have their own unique disability acceptance process, which cannot be explained by the conventional disability acceptance theory. |
