To this end, textbooks from two representative companies used in the first grade of elementary school were compared and examined for each unit. Based on the elements of “listening,” “feeling,” and “expression” related to musical expression, we analyzed the means of musical expression and the content of activities, and confirmed that learning progresses through activities that incorporate fun and enjoyable play.
