In addition, the purpose is to propose a lesson concept. As a result, in order to cultivate facilitation skills at the teacher training stage, it is necessary for students to have“ attentive listening” skills as facilitators and classes that equip them with the ability to build workshops. In addition, the difference in teachers’ views on education, whether they are teaching by rote or development-oriented may have an impact on whether or not they become teachers as facilitators.
