Based on ICUSHI (NPO Japan Medical Abstracts Society) Web Edition Ver. 5, and the literatures published from 2012 to August 2022, 1203 articles were extracted under the keywords“home health care”and “disaster countermeasures”. Among them, under the keywords“home-visit nursing”and“disaster countermeasures”, 238 papers were extracted. Finally, 20 papers were carefully selected and analyzed based on a close reading to obtain an overview of the research content. The extracted descriptive contents were coded, and those with similar contents were aggregated and categorized. The results showed that there were 18 cases of preparedness at usual time, 17 cases of preparedness for business continuity, and 17 cases of preparedness for collaboration. Preparedness at usual time was aggregated into three categories“: Periodic Checks and Implementation”“, Essential Measures” and“Grasp of the Preparation Status”. Preparedness for business continuity was grouped into three categories: “Ensuring the Safety of Staff”“, Ensuring Information”and“Ensuring the Safety of Caregivers”.
