Wiggins, G.)とマクタイ,J.(McTighe, J.)により提唱され,西岡加名恵により日本に紹介された.逆向き設計は,初等教育において取り入れられつつあるが,高等教育における実践はわずかである.そこで,本稿では,「逆向き設計」を用いて,高等教育における教養科目「統計学」の「正規分布」に関する講義を構想することを目的とする.正規分布は,統計学において基礎となる確率分布であり,日常生活では身長の分布などに現れる.このため,学生の理解が容易になるよう,身長を題材としたパフォーマンス課題を中心に講義を構想した."}]},"item_1_textarea_12":{"attribute_name":"抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_textarea_language":"en","subitem_textarea_value":"“Backward Design” is a new method of curriculum design, proposed by G. Wiggins and J. McTighe, and introduced to Japan by K. Nishioka. Although Backward Design is being adopted in primary education, there is only little practice of it in higher education. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to conceptualize a lecture on “Normal Distribution” for the liberal arts course “Statistics” in higher education using Backward Design. A normal distribution is a fundamental probability distribution in statistics, and appears in everyday life, for example, in height.
