The following three main findings were obtained. The first factors are the observation of classes and children, fair and impartial objective judgment, and explanation of results and treatment reflection by the principal. Second is the relationship with the principal. Third is the existence of strong negative recognition by teachers that the outcome compensation system does not fit in the field of Education.
