Althought much of the education related to nutrition up to the assignment of nutritional teachers had been conducted during school lunch,the dietary habits have changed markedly over time, and the education content became such that food education is treated as one subject. Considering the current situation, 15 years after the assignment of nutrition education teachers was established, reforming the nutritional education system is considered neccessary.
