The valid respondents (n=42) were divided into four groups: hospital staff (n=25, 59.5%), welfare facility staff (n=8, 19.0%), company staff (n=7, 16.7%), and other career groups (n=2, 4.8%). In this study, the mean of the competencies achieved was compared with the results of the survey conducted on the fourth-year students in the training program for management nutritionists. The hospital staff group achieved the most in basic competencies and scored higher in nutrition management and occupational category competencies. However, the welfare facility staff group had low the basic competency for self-confidence.
