The increased expression levels of inflammatory cytokineIL-8 by TNF-α was almost completely suppressed by YBLP and spinach glycolipids. Furthermore, the transcriptional activity of human IL-8 promoter was increased by TNF-α treatment, and suppressed by YBLP glycolipids in a dose-dependent manner.
