抗糖尿病作用が期待される.本研究では,産地の異なるごぼうのポリフェノール量の違いを調べると もに,ごぼうの食後血糖上昇抑制作用について,二糖類水解酵素活性阻害と培養細胞を用いた二糖類 の消化吸収抑制作用について検討した.ごぼう中のポリフェノール量は,明治ごぼうが4.47mg/g(乾燥重量当たり)と最も多く,採取時期や栽培土壌の違いによると考えられた.ごぼうの二糖類水解酵素阻害活性について,ブタ小腸粘膜酵素を用いて調べたところ,明治ごぼう抽出物に強いマルターゼ 活性(α -グルコシダーゼ活性)阻害が認められ,マルターゼ活性に対する阻害係数 Ki は3.6mM(対照として用いたクロロゲン酸では52mM)であった.また Caco-2細胞を用いた糖の消化吸収試験において,明治ごぼう抽出物は,マルトースおよびスクロースの消化吸収とグルコース吸収を強く抑制した.以上の結果より,明治ごぼうポリフェノールには,強い血糖上昇抑制作用を有することが示唆された."}]},"item_1_textarea_12":{"attribute_name":"抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_textarea_language":"en","subitem_textarea_value":"Edible burdock extract is a good source of polyphenols, comparable to other polyphenol-rich foods. In the present study, the antidiabetic effect of edible burdock extract was examined. The meiji burdock extract showed weak inhibition against maltase (α-glucosidase) activity, inhibiting the activity of maltase in hog intestinal mucosa. Kinetic analysis revealed that the meiji burdock extract behaved like a mixed non-competitive type inhibitor with a Ki value of 3.6mM vs 52mM for chlorogenic acid. The disaccharides digesition and absiorption activity using transepithelial transport of polyphenol acrss human intestinal Caco-2 cell monolayers, the meiji burdock extract was inhibitory action of disaccharide, maltose and sucrose, digestion and absorption.
