As a result, the following six categories were extracted as BF: [having become able to confront my life], [having started to take good care of myself], [having started to take action to stay healthy], [having started to care about others], [deepened appreciation for family], and [having been equipped with more strategies to deal with adversity], and the following 5 categories were extracted as events related to BF development: [having someone who supports me], [keeping body and mind in good condition], [having an experience of confronting a painful reality], [being prepared for the end of life], and [having roles to play in life]. It is thought that the support for BF acquisition should be based on the creation of an environment that facilitates BF acquisition.
