Focusing on the“the assessment items emphasized in facilities”, the analysis was based on three points: by facility, by category, by using a conceptual diagram of ICF (ICF; International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health). As a result, by facility, 4 of the 6 facilities had emphasized the assessment items related to“medical”, by category there were many of the assessment items related to“medical”and“physical function”, by using a conceptual diagram of ICF each assessment item was perceived equally. In summary, as for the current status of assessment at the six facilities for persons with severe motor and intellectual disabilities, items related to“medical”and“physical function”are mainly emphasized.
