Therefore, if we can control the gut flora, it is possible to achieve a healthier life. Both diet and exercise habits are important factors for keeping the beneficial gut flora. Therefore, it is the first step to realize a healthier life that understanding both the dietary habits for blooming the gut flora (i.e.: probiotics, prebiotics and synbiotics) and the relationship between the intestinal flora and exercise habits. If the darkness of daily life that has almost been given up is reframed from the perspective of improving gut flora and leads to new possibilities (bright daily life), you should recognize the value of gut flora. With the help of the fermentation products produced by the gut flora, human might have been built up a biological defense system such as immunity, and kept on homeostasis.
