The researchers conducted semi-structured interviews of parents (n =5) from 2015 to 2016. Results revealed that parents had considered how to prepare against natural disasters, including concern about evacuation in an emergency for their child. Parents recognized both positive aspects, such as confirmation of their safety, and negative aspects, such as hesitation to register on the list. The latter reason was related to opinions regarding the list’s ineffectiveness.
