We analyzed social enterprises based on the viewpoint to a right to have of the community development and a viewpoint of the connection to labor theoretically. We arrived at three knowledge. First，it was revealed that the social enterprise played a role as the form of new society participation corresponding to the transformation of the community. Second，the need of the logic over re-commodification to occur became clear while it was recovery of the rights to work by being swallowed in the market logic. Third，we reexamined a social welfare endogenous development theory.
