The five guidance are as follows: 1. Implement the development of“knowledge on the subject designed for classroom teaching”where the facilitator is receptive,observant,and responsive to the problems among students.2. Facilitators need to create a place where participants feel safe and stable by conducting their classes based on a theory.3. Create an opportunity where the workshop participants can reflect on their daily life and discover things they have not been able to realize before.4. Make sure that the participants’decisions at the workshop will be respected.5.
