However, the welfare services tend to be superficial and have not fulfilled service users’detailed demand such as \"I want you to know the painful feelings\" and \"I want you to hear the story\". Therefore, flexible service should be required within the relationship between service users and service providers. In order to discuss the flexibility of support within the mental health services, I overviewed the previous research. As a result of literature review on mental health services, these previous studies have analyzed only the view point of service providers.
