Among the evaluation indicators, feeding and swallowing function was evaluated using the quantitative indicators of oral transit time, pharyngeal transit time, and hyoid elevation time on videofluoroscopic imaging. Cognitive function was evaluated using cognitive items of the functional independence measure (FIM) and the revised version of Hasegawa’s dementia scale (HDS-R).
