An anonymous self-completed questionnaire survey was conducted involving 40 students who underwent public health nurse(PHN)training in 2015 and 2016. The questionnaire inquired about the subjects’levels of the“Minimum Requirements in PHN Education”(MR) and mandatory activities. In addition, we analyzed the correlation between the frequency of visiting of the maternal and child health and the number of MR items achieved. The study was conducted with the approval of the ethical committee of the subjects’ university. Effective answers were provided by 40 subjects. Although the above-mentioned mandatory activities were experienced by most subjects, only 30% of the MR items were achieved by more than half of the subjects. Items by lower-level achievements (such as those about the policy enforcement) showed a tendency the same as the preliminary research.
