We did a half-structured interview with them and the result was analyzed using M-GTA. The following things became clear.  We picked 8 categories and 24 concepts out of the results. 1) About the ability of the designer in hospitals, high communicative competence is required. 2) We have a good effect on the improvement of the business efficiency with designers in hospitals. 3) The work of the designer in hospitals is necessary for hospital management.
